Recipe #144: Pork and Herb Rice

This was a quick meal to use up some leftovers!

You need:
4-5 slices of pork, I used my leftovers from this meal!
2-3 cups rice
rosemary (to taste)
basil (to taste)
butter

  • melt a little butter in a large fry pan
  • add in rice, rosemary, and basil. mix up
  • shred pork and add in to rice
  • mix up and serve!
